T.I.M.E reminds us of our purpose and keeps people moving clockwise from the COMMUNITY to the CORE and back to the COMMUNITY again to Share Christ with the lost. The acronym for T. I. M. E. is Think, Inspiration, Move and Endurance. Once we discover our purpose in life, we know that we only have a certain amount of T-I-M-E to fulfill it. Here is a short prayer for getting the most out of the T-I-M-E that God has given us to fulfill our purpose.

PRAYER: “Father, help me to Think positive thoughts concerning my purpose and receive Inspiration through the Holy Spirit to Move forward with an attitude of Endurance so that you may be glorified, in Jesus’ name, Amen.”

THINK – to Think positive thoughts is absolutely necessary to fulfill our purpose. Therefore, let’s focus our thinking on things that profit. “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things” (Philippians 4:8, emphasis added).

INSPIRATION – We must look to God for divine inspiration to accomplish the task set before us. “…there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding” (Job 32:8, emphasis added).

MOVE – We must always remember that it is God who gives us the ability to live and move. “…in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children‘” (Acts 17:28 NASB, emphasis added).

ENDURANCE – Above all things, we want to endure in the thing that we set outo do in the kingdom and we know the Lord God is our helper. “Behold, we count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings . . . ” (James 5:11 NASB, emphasis added).
