Its that wonderful time of year again…..
Time for the Richmond South District Auxiliaries In Ministry (AIM) Extravaganza 2019! This year our gathering will be held in our home city, Richmond, VA. At RSD Headquarters, Gates of Faith Ministries. Our theme is “From Generation To Generation” (Psalms 145:4). We are encouraging the generations to come together for the advancement of the Kingdom of God! The Richmond South District Planning committee has come up with a creative and power packed program with YOU in mind. The schedule is as follows:
WEDNESDAY EVENING
MISSIONS & EVANGELISM NIGHT -7:00pm – Our Dynamic Speakers for the evening will be Minister Christopher Tucker and The Elect Lady of our VA 4th Jurisdiction Evangelism Department, Evangelist Jaclyn Holmes-Thomas!
NIGHT ACTIVITY – Our After Service Activity will be Game Night. You may be thinking cards and board games…..NOT THIS TIME!!!! Our game night is interactive and engaging so make sure that you stick around!

THURSDAY
DAYTIME – Meet us at RSD Headquarters for Morning Manna at 9:00 am.
***Onsite Registration will be available 9-10am ***
Afterwards, we will begin our workshops at 10:00 am with our workshop theme, “2019 Evangelism.” Only 56% of Americans believe in the God of the Bible and of those that were college-aged only 45% of them believe. How has the evangelism dynamic changed? How do we win souls in this day and age? You don’t want to miss this!
DAYTIME ACTIVITY – RSD COOKOUT at Pocahontas State Park – 1:00 pm- Our District will gather for Food, Fellowship, Activities, Swimming and a Generational Kickball game, OH MY!
THURSDAY EVENING –
MUSIC, YOUTH, & SUNDAY SCHOOL NIGHT – 7:00 pm – M.Y. and Sunday School Departments are in the building! Our keynote speaker will be none other than Pastor Dr. Altavon Clark, our Jurisdictional Sunday School Superintendent.
NIGHT ACTIVITY – Movie Night (with a Twist….that you DON’T want to miss)
FRIDAY
DAYTIME – Meet us at RSD HQ for the close of Morning Manna at 9:00 am.
Workshops at 10:00 am with our workshop theme, “Sunday School – Not Just For Kids.” What does a church that doesn’t know the Bible look like? These workshops will show you how to promote the prepare the Sunday School Department to succeed in spite of generational barriers.
DAYTIME ACTIVITY – Bowling – 1:00 pm (Strikes, Spares, or Gutter balls…..all are welcome!)
FRIDAY EVENING-
OFFICIAL NIGHT – The culmination of our extravaganza!! Powerful Praise and Worship…GENERATIONAL GOSPEL CELEBRATION….and Our keynote speaker will be our very own Superintendent for the Richmond South District, Admin. Assistant Alfred L. Nicholson. Come prepared to glean clarity and wisdom from our leader!
NIGHT ACTIVITY – The Generations of RSD are LOCKING IT IN! We will be hosting a lock-in at the Chester YMCA from 10pm-6am. Basketball, volleyball, dance, and other activities for everyone! Space is limited. Food will be served. This event is open to ALL so register your spot ASAP!
